Announcement Regarding Phantasmal Flames Pre-Orders:
Elite Trainer Boxes may be delayed from distribution. Any orders containing ETBs will be shipped when we receive them.
Shipping, Returns & Cancellations
Pre-Order Policy:
You will be charged immediately upon purchase.
If you purchase other items in the same order as a pre-order item, everything will ship together by the pre-order item’s quoted date in the listing. We do not split orders or refund shipping for multiple orders.
Product is brand new/factory sealed. As packaging and boxes may inadvertently be subjected to wear and tear or manufacturing imperfections from The Pokemon Company, we are unable to offer replacement items or replace packaging for any resulting imperfections, bends, scuffs, or indentations.
If a pre-order item is delayed from The Pokemon Company or distribution to us, we are not responsible for any shipping delays, and you will still be charged a cancellation fee if you request to cancel.
Return Policy:
Due to the nature of the TCG products, we do not accept returns.
Shipping:
We currently only ship to the United States (including Puerto Rico and APO/FPO).
Orders typically ship out between 1-3 business days but may vary during new releases and holidays. Pre-order items will have a quoted date for shipping.
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages as these issues are caused by USPS/UPS.​ Contact the USPS/UPS directly to file a claim or report the issue.

It is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. If a package has been rerouted or delivery has been attempted, and is then sent back to us (Return to Shipper) due to an incorrect and/or insufficient address, you can either have us reship the package after you pay for the second shipment, or we will cancel your order and you will be charged a 5% fee, no exceptions.
Order Cancellation Policy:
We understand that circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your order. However, all order cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee, with no exceptions. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee and restocking fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
To request a cancellation, email dylan@poketexastcg.com with the subject line "Cancel Order #".
By purchasing an order with us, you are agreeing to our store’s policies, and any chargebacks will result in an automatic block and cancellation for any future orders with a 5% cancellation fee.
